Standard&Poor's Rating Services assigned its 'AA+' long-term rating and 'A+' school issuer credit rating (ICR) to Greene County School District R-II (Willard), Mo.'s series 2014 general obligation (GO) refunding bonds. At the same time, we affirmed our existing 'AA+' and 'A+' ratings on the district's previously issued debt. The outlook is stable. The bonds will be GOs of the district and will be payable from ad valorem taxes which may be levied without limitations as to rate or amount on all taxable property, real and personal, within the district.
