Standard&Poor's Ratings Services revised the outlook to stable from negative and affirmed its 'AA+' long-term rating and underlying rating (SPUR) and 'A+' school issuer credit rating (ICR) on Greene County School District R-II (Willard), Mo.'s series 2006 and series 2011 bonds, issued as general obligation (GO) crossover refunding bonds that were supported by individual escrows of U.S. Treasury obligations through their March 1, 2013 crossover date and now by the Missouri Direct Deposit of State Aid program. Standard&Poor's also assigned its 'AA+' long-term rating and 'A+' school ICR to the district's series 2013 general obligation (GO) refunding bonds.
