Standard&Poor's Ratings Servifces has affirmed its 'A+' issuer credit rating (ICR), 'AA+' long term rating, and 'AA+' underlying rating (SPUR) on Greene County School District R-II (Willard) , Mo.'s existing debt. The negative outlook on the 'AA+' long-term rating on the series 2011 and 2006 bonds reflects our view of the district's reliance on the escrow account of U.S. Treasury securities that will pay interest on the bonds on the crossover date of March 1, 2013. The outlook of the rating on all other existing debt is stable. The 'AA+' long-term rating reflects the district's participation in the Missouri Direct Deposit Program.
