CHICAGO (Standard&Poor's) March 4, 2013--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services revised the outlook to stable from negative on Greene County School District R-II (Willard), Mo.'s series 2006 and series 2011 general obligation (GO) crossover refunding bonds. In addition, Standard&Poor's affirmed its 'AA+' long-term rating and underlying rating (SPUR) and its 'A+' school issuer credit rating (ICR) on the bonds. Standard&Poor's also assigned its 'AA+' long-term rating and 'A+' school ICR to the district's series 2013 GO refunding bonds. The outlook on the long-term rating is negative. The outlook on the ICR is stable. "The outlook revision reflects our view of the district's reliance on an escrow consisting of U.S. government securities that supports the bonds
