S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'AA+' program rating and 'A+' underlying rating for credit program and stable outlook to Greene County School District R-II (Willard), Mo.'s series 2017 general obligation (GO) school building bonds. At the same time, S&P Global Ratings affirmed its 'AA+' program rating and 'A+' underlying rating, with a stable outlook, on the district's existing GO debt. The program rating reflects our assessment of the district's eligibility for, and participation in, the Missouri Direct Deposit of State Aid program.
