S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'AA+' long-term rating to Greene County R-II School District (Willard), Mo.'s series 2020 general obligation (GO) refunding bonds. The outlook is stable. The bond proceeds will be used refund a portion of the district's outstanding debt for interest cost savings. The long-term rating reflects our assessment of the district's eligibility for, and participation in, the Missouri Direct Deposit of State Aid program.
