S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'AA+' long-term rating (based on program enhancement) and 'A+' underlying rating to Greene County School District R-II (Willard) , Mo.'s anticipated $30 million series 2025 general obligation (GO) school building bonds. At the same time, we affirmed our 'AA+' long-term and 'A+' underlying ratings on the district?s GO debt outstanding. The outlook is stable.
