S&P Global Ratings placed its 'A' underlying rating (SPUR) on Lane County Unified School District No. 482 (Dighton), Kan.'s existing general obligation bonds (GO) on CreditWatch with negative implications. The rating remains under criteria observation (UCO). The CreditWatch placement reflects our view of the a lack of timely and sufficient information to maintain the rating as we have been unable to reach management after multiple attempts. The CreditWatch placement further reflects a one-in-two chance that we could lower or withdraw the rating within 30 days.
