S&P Global Ratings withdrew its 'A' rating on Lane County Unified School District No. 482 (Dighton), Kan.'s series 2019 general obligation (GO) refunding bonds, given a lack of timely and reliable information, beyond the receipt of the fiscal 2023 audit, necessary to maintain the rating in accordance with our applicable criteria and policies.
