...Welcome to the 2022 half year results for NSF Group. I'm Jono Gillespie, the Chief Executive of NSF Group. It's been a challenging first half of the year for the group. Loans at Home was placed into administration in March, as we disclosed in the 2021 annual results. We've had a promising operational performance in our branch-based lending division, Everyday Loans, which has stopped and reversed the decline in the loan book, but we remain loss-making overall. We've received waivers from our lenders for our quarterly covenant tests, but the loan-to-value ratio is above permitted levels. The directors of both Everyday Loans and NSF now believe a court-based process, such as a scheme of arrangement or restructure plan, is the best way forward for all stakeholders. This will bring some much needed certainty to the extent of redress liabilities, which in turn will allow a capital raise process to commence. Our key shareholders and lenders remain supportive, and we remain a going concern, but...
