...Hi there, I'm Jono Gillespie, Group Chief Executive of NSF Group. Welcome to our 2022 full year results. In summary, our financial results, the major thing to note is our net loan book reduced by 15%. That's mainly due to the discontinuation of Guarantor Loans Division and the home credit division. We actually saw a 6% growth in the branch-based business, which is our continuing operating Everyday Loans. Normalized operating profit reduced to GBP 4.5 million, and we had exceptional items of GBP 31.8 million. That was mainly driven by the home credit administration from where we had GBP 19.3 million of costs, and the remainder was really legal and advisory costs and also some redress costs for the scheme arrangement that's planned. In terms of regulatory issues, branch-based lending continues and no systemic issues, and we've had further reviews that have confirmed that.
