COVID continued to impact lots of regulatory work and sadly, our Home credit division going into administration. However, we've seen a really solid turnaround performance in Everyday Loans and the collect-out of Guarantor Loans is going well. So we'll go into the details over the next few slides. We'll run through the presentation and then switch to a conference call for the Q&A or please feel free to ask questions through the webcast. Okay. So if we go on to the summary slide. In terms of financial headlines, the net loan book reduced by just under 20%. We returned to a normalized operating profit following operating losses in previous year.
