Obviously, we have a slightly different format today in view of the COVID-19 restrictions and the lack of physical meetings. I'm joined by Jono Gillespie and by Peter Reynolds this morning. I will now start the actual presentation itself and indeed with the key points. In 2019, the normalized operating profit of the group was GBP 42.2 million, up 20% and the normalized profit before tax was GBP 14.7 million, up 5%.
