We reviewed our rating on class A from the Vermont Student Assistance Corp. series 2013-1 ABS transaction backed by FFELP student loans. We affirmed the rating at 'AA+ (sf)'. The affirmation reflects our view of the transaction's increased credit enhancement level, collateral profile, available liquidity, and full turbo payment structure, as well as our opinion that the transaction has sufficient liquidity to cover interest payments to the notes over the next several months despite the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
