We reviewed Vermont Student Assistance Corp.'s series 2013-1, an ABS transaction backed by a pool of FFELP student loans. We raised our rating on the series 2013-1 class A notes to 'AAA (sf)' from 'AA+ (sf)'. The rating action reflects our view of the transaction's increasing credit enhancement, collateral profile, available liquidity, and full turbo payment structure. NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) March 15, 2022--S&P Global Ratings today raised its rating on Vermont Student Assistance Corp.'s series 2013-1 class A notes to 'AAA (sf)' from 'AA+ (sf)'. We do not rate the transaction's class B notes. The note issuance is an ABS transaction backed by a pool of loans originated through the U.S. Department of Education's (ED) Federal Family Education
