NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) May 20, 2011--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services said today that it assigned its 'A-f' fund credit-quality rating and 'S4' fund volatility rating to iShares Global Inflation-Linked Bond Fund and its 'BBB+f' fund credit-quality rating and 'S4' fund volatility rating to the iShares International Inflation-Linked Bond Fund. The iShares Global Inflation-Linked Bond Fund and iShares International Inflation-Linked Bond Fund are two of more than 180 investment portfolios of the iShares Trust (the Trust). The Trust was organized as a Delaware statutory trust on Dec. 16, 1999, and is authorized to have multiple series of portfolios.
