NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) June 30, 2011--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services said today that it has lowered its fund credit quality ratings on four BlackRock Fund Advisors (BFA) funds. It lowered the ratings on the iShares S&P/Citigroup International Treasury Bond Fund and iShares S&P/Citigroup 1-3 Year International Treasury Bond Fund to 'BBf' from 'A-f'; the rating on the iShares Global Inflation-Linked Bond Fund to 'BBBf' from 'A-f'; and the rating on the iShares International Inflation-Linked Bond Fund to 'BBf' from 'BBB+f'. The volatility ratings remain unchanged at 'S4'.
