Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'A+' rating to Siskiyou Joint Community College District, Calif.'s series 2009 bond anticipation notes (BANs) maturing in December 2013. The notes are assigned a long-term rating because they have a four-year maturity and do not meet our criteria for short-term debt. In addition, Standard&Poor's affirmed its 'A+' underlying rating (SPUR) on the district's outstanding general obligation (GO) debt.
