Standard&Poor's Ratings Services raised its underlying rating (SPUR) to 'A+' from 'A-' on Siskiyou Joint Community College District, Calif.'s outstanding general obligation (GO) bonds. The raised rating reflects our view of the district's recent history of good financial performance despite a challenging state funding environment, and strong reserves.
