NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) April 25, 2006--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'A-' rating and stable outlook to Siskiyou Joint Community College District, Calif.'s $15 million series 2006A GO bonds. The sale date is May 1. "The stable outlook reflects our expectation that operations will be balanced in 2007, and that the district will continue to maintain good reserve levels," said Standard&Poor's credit analyst Jennifer Neel.
