At the same time, S&P Global Ratings affirmed its 'A-1+' short-term rating on Metro's series 2017 extendible CP program, which transitioned from the series 2014 CP extendible program with a larger authorization amount. The short-term CP rating is based on Nashville's long-term general creditworthiness (##/Stable), reflecting our view of its self-liquidity and ability to tap capital markets or other means to rollover or take out CP notes or bank notes issued under the revolving credit agreement accompanying the 2021 notes.
