At the same time, we affirmed our '##' long-term rating on the electric system's revenue debt outstanding. The outlook is stable. "The rating reflects our opinion of the system's extremely strong enterprise risk profile and strong financial risk profile," said S&P Global Ratings credit analyst Scott Sagen.
