Standard&Poor's Ratings Services has assigned its 'A-1' short-term rating to Los Angeles Harbor Department, Calif.'s commercial paper (CP) notes series 2012 subseries A-1, B-1, C-1, and D-1 and its 'A-1+' short-term rating to the subseries A-2, B-2, C-2, and D-2. The ratings are based on liquidity facilities (LFs) issued by the following banks: Mizuho Corporate Bank Ltd. (A-1) is providing coverage for subseries A-1, B-1, C-1, and D-1; and Wells Fargo Bank N.A. (A-1+) is providing coverage for subseries A-2, B-2, C-2, and D-2.
