Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA' rating to the Los Angeles Harbor Department, Calif.'s $205.9 million 2014 series A, $89.8 million 2014 series B, and $44.9 million 2014 series C senior-lien revenue and refunding bonds.
