Abstract:

NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) July 29, 2011--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services corrected its long-term rating on Los Angeles Harbor Department, Calif.'s series 1988 revenue bonds (CUSIP 544552BR2 and 544552KR2) to 'AAA' from 'BBB' and placed it on CreditWatch with negative implications. At the same time, Standard&Poor's added an underlying rating (SPUR) of 'AAA' to the bonds, and placed the rating on CreditWatch negative.
