Standard&Poor's Ratings Services published its revised project finance ratings criteria Sept. 16, 2014. St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton (SJHH) has mandated Plenary Health Hamilton L.P. to design, build, finance, and maintain a new mental health and addiction inpatient hospital; and demolish the old hospital. The project achieved its substantial completion in December 2013 and commenced operations subsequently. Having applied our revised criteria, we are affirming our 'A' issue-level rating on the project's senior secured debt. On Feb. 24, 2015, Standard&Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its 'A' issue-level rating on Plenary Health Hamilton L.P.'s (PHH or ProjectCo) senior secured debt. The outlook is stable.
