About This Report

Abstract:

On Jan. 17, American Airlines affirmed debt that collateralizes its 2005-1 pass-through certificates. We are affirming our 'BB' ratings on the 2005-1 Class G certificates and our 'B-' rating on the 2005-1 Class B certificates. We are removing our ratings on these issues from CreditWatch. Our ratings on the 2001-1 pass-through certificates of American remain on CreditWatch with developing implications. On Jan. 24, 2012, Standard&Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its 'BB' rating on the 2005-1G pass-through certificates of AMR Corp. subsidiary American Airlines Inc. (both rated 'D'). Standard&Poor's also affirmed its 'B-' rating on American's 2005-1 Class B certificates and removed both these ratings from CreditWatch, where we had originally placed them on Nov. 17, 2011. (We
