On Jan. 27, American Airlines affirmed debt that collateralizes its 2001-1 pass-through certificates. We are raising our rating on the 2001-1 Class A1 certificates to 'CCC+' from 'CC', and raising our ratings on the Class B and Class C certificates to 'CCC' from 'C'. We are removing our ratings on these issues from CreditWatch.
