Abstract:

MEXICO CITY (S&P Global Ratings) Dec. 14, 2017--S&P Global Ratings today corrected its issue-level rating on Petroleos de Venezuela S.A.'s (PDVSA's) 2024 senior unsecured notes by raising it to 'CC' from 'D'. We inadvertently lowered the rating on PDVSA's 2024 notes when we lowered the rating on the company's 2017 notes on Dec. 5, 2017.
