OVERVIEW We raised our rating on one class from South Carolina Student Loan Corp.'s series 2010-1, a FFELP-backed student loan transaction. We affirmed our ratings on three classes of notes from two ABS transactions backed by FFELP student loans. The rating actions reflect our view of the improving credit enhancement levels, collateral profiles and available liquidity, and full turbo payment structures. NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) June 24, 2020--S&P Global Ratings today raised its rating on the class A-3 notes from South Carolina Student Loan Corp.'s series 2010-1 transaction. At the same time, we affirmed our rating on the class A-2 from South Carolina Student Loan Corp.'s series 2010-1 and two ratings from North Carolina Student Education Assistance Authority's series
