OVERVIEW North Carolina State Education Assistance Authority's series 2011-2 is an ABS transaction backed by a pool of FFELP student loans. We raised our rating on the class A-3 notes. At the same time, we affirmed our ratings on on the class A-2 notes. The rating actions reflect our view of the improving credit enhancement levels, collateral profiles, and available liquidity, and the full turbo payment structure. The rating actions also reflect our belief that the transaction has sufficient liquidity to cover interest payments to the notes over the next several months, despite the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
