OVERVIEW North Carolina State Education Assistance Authority's series 2020A issuance is an ABS securitization backed by a pool of in-school, fixed-rate student loans, originated under State of North Carolina, State Education Assistance Authority's student loan programs. We assigned our preliminary ratings to the senior series 2020A bonds. The preliminary ratings reflect our view of the transaction's initial expected parity, payment structure, and the timely interest and principal payments made in the stressed cash flow modeling scenarios, among other factors.
