Standard&Poor's has assigned a Corporate Governance Score (CGS) of 7.9 to ORIX Corp., higher than the previous 7.8, reflecting the strong standard of its corporate governance practices. The company has demonstrated a strong commitment, initiated by the present Chairman, Mr. Yoshihiko Miyauchi, to implement shareholder-value oriented structures and processes over the recent years.
