Question: Gur Yehudah Talpaz - Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated, Research Division - Analyst
: Great, and congrats on the acquisition. Two questions here, one for Amit and one for Steve.
Amit, if you look at Indegy, there's a big debate here between active and passive OT security. And as I understand it, Indegy takes more of an active
approach here. When you sort of look at the combination of what you're doing organically with your own OT efforts and what they bring to the
market with active, how do you think about that combination of active with passive? And how do you think about the evolution of OT security
going forward in terms of that model? And let me know if that's a little bit too esoteric.

Question: Gur Yehudah Talpaz - Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated, Research Division - Analyst
: That [puts] super helpful. And then, Steve, for you, I think you mentioned this on the prepared remarks, but just to confirm. With the revenue model,
I think the idea here is to sell this as a pure subscription ratable recurring type sale. Is that correct?
Question: Gur Yehudah Talpaz - Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated, Research Division - Analyst
: That's helpful. And then one last question. Sorry about that. Just really quickly here. Is Barak joining the company? And if so, in what capacity?
Question: Gur Yehudah Talpaz - Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated, Research Division - Analyst
