Question: James Fawcett - Morgan Stanley - Analyst
: Thank you, very much. I appreciate the opportunity to ask a question. We have known Jahangir and Jasper for much of that 10-year period so an
exciting day for sure.
I am wondering if maybe Jahangir, and Rob and Rowan, or whoever you think is appropriate, could you just talk a little bit about where you think
the points of potential leverage and capability expansion are for Jasper within Cisco, especially since Jasper has been so effective in executing on
its vision and developing carrier relationships and becoming a part of the de facto solution in many Internet of Things solutions? Thank you very
much.
Question: Matt Robison - Wunderlich Securities, Inc. - Analyst
: Thanks for taking my question. I was hoping you can provide a little bit of flavor of the kind of -- maybe some case examples of Cisco, what you
envision the synergies to be? I know you mentioned types and service providers quite a bit, but what kind of Cisco products, specifically, would
you see having synergy with Jasper?
Question: Brent Bracelin - Pacific Crest Securities - Analyst
: Thank you, two questions if I could. As a follow up to the business model, I appreciate that it's a SaaS model, but how is the technology priced, is
it on a per-subscriber basis, device basis, just give us a little understanding of how the business model is priced on the SaaS model? The scale of
the operations, revenue, if you can disclose that at all?
Last question would be around the portfolio of IT assets at Cisco, where exactly this fits? Is this a platform play you plan to build other applications
on top of? Or is this a different -- fit differently in the IoT asset portfolio that you have today? A little more color on those three questions if you
could.

FEBRUARY 03, 2016 / 10:00PM, CSCO.OQ - Cisco Systems Inc to Acquire Jasper Technologies Inc
Question: Ram Ramasamy - Frost & Sullivan - Analyst
: Hello, thanks for taking the question. While connectivity is an important piece in IoT, what about the security aspects of it with Jasper in the picture,
how is this positioning itself? What do we expect moving forward to build security as part of the design and not as an afterthought?
Question: Mark Moskowitz - Barclays Capital - Analyst
: Thank you, good afternoon. Appreciate the call. Trying to understand better in terms of what Jasper brings from an industry vertical penetration
perspective. Could you talk about maybe verticals that are on tap presently by Cisco that the acquisition could maybe facilitate? And want to get
a better sense in terms of broadly speaking, as the business is integrated into Cisco, is this more of a check-the-box feature? Or can this be more
transformative in terms of bringing more and more business and driving more new logos to Cisco?
Question: Rod Hall - JPMorgan - Analyst
: Don't know if you can hear me okay. Thanks for taking my question. I wanted to ask, quickly, if you could comment on morale at Jasper? Also on
that subject, what the Cisco guys are doing if anything different to retain employees? Thanks a lot.
Question: Sheridan Nye - Frost & Sullivan - Analyst
: I wanted to ask two questions, if I may. First of all, Cisco recently formed a global partnership with Ericsson, which could be considered in some
respects to be a competitor to Jasper in terms of its DCP platform. How will this effect the relationship with Ericsson in terms of the IoT market?
Question: Simon Leopold - Raymond James & Associates, Inc. - Analyst
: Great, appreciate getting a question in here. First, a quick clarification, then the question. There was a recent press report that did indicate sales
for Jasper in 2014 at nearly $70 million. If you could confirm that's accurate.
In terms of the question, I was interested in that when you were talking about verticals, you did not talk about service providers of the likes of AT&T,
or NTT, or China Mobile, who I tend to associate with Internet of Things given their customer relationships.
I'm wondering why that was not part of the example? What the position of Jasper has been with that group of operators? How that can evolve
with Cisco now controlling the company? Thank you.
