NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) July 9, 2021--S&P Global Ratings today assigned its 'Bf/S4' fund credit quality rating and fund volatility rating to the iShares iBonds 2027 Term High Yield and Income ETF sponsored by BlackRock Inc. The iShares exchange-traded fund (ETF) holds a diversified portfolio of speculative-grade U.S. dollar-denominated corporate bonds issued by U.S. and non-U.S. corporate issuers maturing between Jan. 1, 2027, and Dec. 15, 2027.
