CHICAGO (Standard&Poor's) June 30, 2015--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'SP-1+' rating to University of Pittsburgh (UP), Penn.'s $100 million series 2015 Pitt asset notes. At the same time, Standard&Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its 'AA+' and 'AA+/A-1+' ratings on UP's existing debt. The outlook, where applicable, is stable.
