NEW YORK (Standard&Poor's) June 24, 2014--Standard&Poor's Ratings Services raised its long-term ratings on J.P. Morgan Securities PUTTERs&DRIVERs Trust Series 3595Z puttable tax-exempt receipts (PUTTERs) and derivative inverse tax-exempt receipts (DRIVERs) related to University of Pittsburgh, Pa.'s series 2009A higher education university capital project and refunding bonds to 'AA+/A-1' and 'AA+', respectively, from 'AA/A-1' and 'AA'. This action follows Standard&Poor's June 9, 2014, raising of its rating on the underlying bonds to 'AA+' from 'AA' (please see the article, titled " University of Pittsburgh, PA Ratings On Various Bonds Raised To 'AA+' Due To Strong Demand, Solid Operating Performance," published June 10, 2014, on RatingsDirect).
