S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'AA+' long term rating and 'A+' underlying rating to Washington County School District No. 15 (Forest Grove), Ore.'s estimated $90 million general obligation (GO) bonds, series 2023. At the same time, S&P Global Ratings affirmed its 'A+' long-term rating and underlying rating on the district's GO bonds and full faith and credit bonds outstanding. The outlook is stable. The 'AA+' long-term rating reflects our view of the district's eligibility for, and expected participation in, the Oregon School Bond Guaranty Program.
