Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA' long-term rating and 'A+' school issuer credit rating to Washington County School District No. 15 (Forest Grove), Ore.'s general obligation (GO) bonds, series 2011A (taxable qualified school construction bonds, or QSCBs) and 2011B (tax-exempt deferred interest bonds). In addition, we affirmed our 'A+' long-term rating on the district's full faith and credit obligations. The outlook on all ratings is stable. The 'AA' long-term rating on the series 2011A and 2011B bonds reflects our assessment of the district's eligibility for and participation in the Oregon School Bond Guaranty Program.
