Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA+' rating and stable outlook to Stoddard County R-XI School District (Dexter), Mo.'s series 2015 general obligation (GO) refunding bonds and affirmed its 'AA+' rating, with a stable outlook, on the district's existing GO debt. The rating on the series 2015 GO refunding bonds reflects an escrow of U.S. government securities that support the bonds through the March 1, 2017, crossover date. Following the crossover date, the Missouri Direct Deposit of State Aid program will support the bonds through maturity. The bonds are also a GO of the district, secured by the district's unlimited-ad valorem-GO-tax pledge throughout the bonds' life, including the crossover period.
