Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AAA' long-term rating, with a stable outlook, to Plano, Texas' series 2010 general obligation (GO) refunding and improvement bonds and series 2010 combination tax and revenue certificates of obligation, and affirmed its 'AAA' rating on the city's existing GO debt.
