Standard&Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its 'AA' Standard&Poor's underlying rating (SPUR), with a stable outlook, on North Texas Municipal Water District's contract wastewater system revenue debt based on the underlying credit quality of its member cities, specifically Plano, Texas, which is the largest contractual participant and provides roughly 27.11% of system revenues. The other members are: Allen, Texas (13.93% of system revenues, 'AA-' water and sewer revenue bond rating); Richardson, Texas (10.99%, 'AA-'); McKinney , Texas (7.60%, 'AA-'); Frisco, Texas (6.90%, 'A'); and Princeton, Texas (1.00%).
