S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'AA+' rating to Nevada R-V School District of Vernon County, Mo.'s series 2016 general obligation (GO) refunding bonds. The outlook is stable. The 'AA+' long-term rating on the series 2016 GO refunding bonds reflects an escrow consisting of U.S. government securities that supports the bonds through the March 1, 2017 crossover date. Following the crossover date, the rating will reflect that on the Missouri Direct Deposit of State Aid program (AA+/Stable), which will support the bonds through maturity. The bonds are also GOs of the district and are secured by its unlimited ad valorem GO tax pledge throughout the life of the bonds, including during the crossover period. In 1995, the Missouri Legislature adopted Senate
