S&P Global Ratings affirmed the following ratings on Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA), N.Y., including our: 'A+' issuer credit rating (ICR); 'a+' stand-alone credit profile (SACP); 'A+' long-term rating and underlying rating (SPUR) on the MTA's previously issued transportation revenue bonds (TRBs); 'AA+/A-1+' long-term rating on various other TRBs outstanding, reflecting the application of joint criteria assuming low correlation; and 'AA+/A-1', and 'AA/A-2' long-term ratings on various other TRBs outstanding, reflecting the application of our joint criteria, assuming low correlation. S&P Global Ratings also affirmed its 'SP-1+' short-term rating on the MTA's previously issued transportation revenue bond anticipation notes (BANs), including our 'SP-1+' short-term rating previously assigned on Mar. 12, 2018 to the MTA's then-proposed $400 million series 2018B BANs.
