NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) Aug. 17, 2018--S&P Global Ratings lowered its ratings on 18 tender-option bond trust issues issued for FMSbonds Inc. and Mesirow Financial Inc. related to various underlying bonds. (Please see the table.) This action follows various actions taken by S&P Global Ratings on the underlying bonds. S&P Global Ratings lowered its ratings on the underlying bonds.
