NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) April 3, 2018--S&P Global Ratings lowered its long-term rating components on 18 various tender-option bond trust floater and residual issues for FMS Bonds Inc. and Mesirow Financial Inc. related to various underlying bonds. In addition, S&P Global Ratings lowered the short-term rating components for the series 2016-XF0499, 2016-XF0520, and 2016-ZF0500 tender-option bond floater issues. (Please see the table.)
