June 25, 2020 2016-XM0274 Peoria County, Ill.'s series 2011 general obligation bonds (alternate-revenue source bonds) 2016-XM0275 New York State Dormitory Authority's series 2011A state personal income tax revenue bonds (general-purpose bonds) JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. Mesirow Financial Inc. J.P. Morgan Securities LLC S&P Global Ratings affirmed the above-mentioned ratings on the floater and residual receipts (collectively the receipts), following the replacement of the liquidity provider. The ratings reflect S&P Global Ratings' opinion of the likelihood the trust will have sufficient assets to pay timely interest and full principal when due on the floater receipts. Trust assets include all distributions of principal; interest; and premiums, if any, from the underlying securities and the liquidity facility, which is in place to support
