CHICAGO (S&P Global Ratings) Jan. 6, 2021--S&P Global Ratings has reinstated its 'AA/A-1' rating on Eagle Tax-Exempt Trust's series 20200001 floater receipts (CUSIP: 64972H4Y5). The series relates to New York City Transitional Finance Authority Building Aid Revenue Bonds Fiscal 2018 Series S-1 and to the liquidity provider, Citibank, N.A. On Dec. 29, 2020, S&P Global Ratings withdrew the ratings on Eagle Tax-Exempt Trust's series 20200001 receipts due to a delay in the final closing date of the trust.
