NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) Feb. 19, 2021--S&P Global Ratings corrected by reinstating its 'AA/A-1' and 'AA' ratings on Mesirow Financial Inc.'s series 2018-ZM0657 floater and residual receipts, related to Visalia Unified School District, Calif.'s series 2018 certificates of participation due May 1, 2048. On Feb. 16, 2021, S&P Global Ratings erroneously withdrew the ratings on the series 2018-ZM0657 floater and residual receipts.
